Welcome to Turtle Beach, a luxury, open-concept 4-bedroom private villa on the oceanfront in Spotts, just 10 minutes from the airport.


Turtle Beach appeals to seasoned travelers looking for a classic oceanfront villa with contemporary decor, resort-like amenities, and enhanced privacy. Elevated with tall masonry walls, Turtle Beach maintains its privacy from the nearby Spotts Beach, famous for swimming with sea turtles.


Contemporary and modern, the home is also wired with fiber-optic internet, perfect for remote working professionals. 


The villa’s sandy beachfront spans 100 feet with excellent shallow snorkeling within a reef-protected coastline. Perfect for walks and beachcombing, and one of the few villas that offer barefoot water entry. As a marine environment, we still suggest water shoes for protection. 


Guests of all ages will enjoy the private pool and spa (spa heat provided complimentary Nov. 15 - Apr. 15; US$25/day for other months). Sunbathers will find plenty of chaise lounges and a sunbed on which to soak up the Caribbean sun. Palm trees within the pool deck offer shade.  


Inside, Turtle Beach blends modern design with spacious gathering spaces that flow seamlessly through a wall of sliding glass doors into the outdoors. The kitchen flows into the great room and is equipped with modern appliances and breakfast bar seating. Gorgeous ocean views may be enjoyed throughout the first floor.


Each of the four-bedroom suites enjoys elevated ceilings and scenic ocean views. Spacious modern ensuite bathrooms for all. The oceanview twin and queen suites each have an outdoor enclosed rock-walled private shower. Guests will find plenty of room throughout the villa to spread out and relax in style.


Beach access from the pool deck is via a pair of Moroccan-painted doors leading to a private path under a canopy of sea grape trees, out onto barefoot white sand.

  • East Master Suite - king bed, oceanfront views, walk-out access to the pool deck, ensuite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower.

  • East Twin Suite - 2 twin beds (can be converted to a king bed upon request), ocean views, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, walkout access to a private outdoor shower, and footpath to the pool deck.

  • West Master Suite - king bed, oceanfront views, walk-out access to the pool deck, ensuite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower.

  • West Queen Suite - 2 queen beds, ocean views, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, walkout access to a private outdoor shower, and footpath to pool deck. 


Centrally located in Spotts, Turtle Beach is easily accessible to two groceries, western beaches, Camana Bay, Seven Mile Beach, Grand Harbour, and all the top attractions Grand Cayman has to offer.


The Hurley's supermarket in Grand Harbour is only 5 minutes west and Foster's supermarket, as well as Universal Fitness and local restaurants, are just 5 minutes east. This location is very convenient for chefs, yoga instructors, and masseuses to attend to your needs.


One complimentary tandem kayak comes provided with the home. Additional kayaks and Seaview boards--great for watching turtles!--are available for discounted rental with free delivery.

What an EXQUISITE property! Very clean, excellent location.Perfect for a family of 10 to vacation with a toddler. The pool and hot tub were excellent for days when we didn\'t want to go to the beach or mix it up and do both. The beach was literally down a few steps- perfect access from the house! Loved having a chef come to the house and cook two of our meals during the week. Can not say enough about this property!!!! 5 stars! Looking forward to going back!!

A fabulous villa

We had a great experience at Turtle Beach - 5 adults and 3 children ages 8,6 and 3. Other than being right off a somewhat busy road the location was great - easy access to groceries and restaurants in either direction - toward George Town or Bodden Town. Beach was a very short walk and snorkeling was fantastic - sea turtles, various fish, squid, stingrays all seen daily. Patio, pool and hot tub were in constant use by the kids. House was well set up and nicely equipped - lots of communal space as well as privacy in bedroom areas. Local Host - Ann was very responsive to all sorts of questions. A perfect situation for our extended family and we would love to come back for another stay! Highly recommended.

Perfect Place for our Anniversary

February marked our 40th anniversary and what a perfect place to spend it with our children and grandchildren - Turtle Beach!!! The villa was clean and spacious and well equipped. We loved the accessibility to the beach and enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking right outside the villa. The location is excellent as it is close to the airport, restaurants, supermarkets, and various beaches to enjoy. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. The patio is spacious and we enjoyed grilling many dinners. Ann, the property manager, was lovely to work with and was extremely responsive. We look forward to making more happy memories in the future at Turtle Beach. We will be back!!

Incredible Utopian Villa

We stayed for a week in this perfectly arranged and located villa, and we wanted to stay for a year. The layout of the home is wonderful with each bedroom having features to make it special and comfortable, with a centrally located family room/kitchen to congregate and enjoy the view. The overall location on the island is great with amazing snorkeling with turtles right on the beach, away from the busy touristy area, and perfect weather to enjoy. This home is exactly what we wanted for our annual boys trip.

Quintessential Beach Villa

We stayed a week and could have stayed a lifetime. Cayman weather is the best in the Caribbean, the Villa layout is absolutely perfect for a beach rental, and the location is perfect. The locals are actually friendly and interesting as well. While all was great, maybe food prices are a little high, and the blind driveway is not for the faint of heart.

Enjoyable vacation

The villa was very clean. The fact there was extra toilet paper, laundry detergent and trash bags, etc was a plus. The pool deck was very nice. There were enough chairs for everyone to relax in and the outside table was used often. We did not use the outside grill. The kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was a little difficult for me, 70 year old with balance issues.  There were several turtles in the water in front of the villa which we all enjoyed seeing. We would rent again if we return. The front door was tricky to lock and unlock. Grand Cayman Villas and Condos were very professional. They responded to my emails quickly and answered all my questions. This was our first time visiting and they offered many highlights to visit.

The "wow factor" never went away

What a beautiful well appointed place it was. Impeccably clean fabulous views of the Ocean and so peaceful and quiet. Location is the ultimate in convenience as far enough out of town to avoid traffic jams but is less than 20 minutes from everything. The best bit was that the sea in front really did have turtles grazing from the size of dinner plates to the size of an armchair. This was every day! No hesitation in recommending to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Perfect for 4 Couples!

Turtle Beach was the perfect set up for our group of 4 couples staying the week in Grand Cayman. The beautiful pool with our very own beach access was perfect for our group. The house is beautiful and comfortable with all the latest appliances, and updates in design. It\'s very well stocked with pots and pans, and kitchen utensils for any cooking at home. We also used the outdoor grill for a night of dinner. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed some great snorkeling out at a couple of reefs located close to the property. It was a wonderful week!

Wonderful property

this property is amazing, everything we had hoped for! The layout and amenities were perfect for our group of 8. The pool area was wonderful, the furnishings were upscale and provided both sun and shaded areas! The access to the beach is remarkable, we snorkeled off the beach and saw a turtle, highlight for the kids. The house is well stocked with everything you need, Beach towels, cooler, outdoor speaker, floats and beach chairs. Having access to the concierge center was key, we were able to get complimentary snorkel gear for the entire group as well as keurig coffee maker. Our only suggestion would be for these items to be in the condo when we arrived, the center is far and being out out of the country and not used to driving on opposite side of road made for a long trip but worth it once we got there, they were very accommodating. The property manager helped us with a private chef for the day and spa treatments at the villa, it was wonderful. We will be back and highly recommend this property.

TURTLES

Villa met all of our expectations. Perfect for eight in our family. Easy access to beach to views turtles and fish in many reefs. We knew we made a good decision when charted boats came to us for snorkeling. The kids had a blast. Villa was convenient to everything on the island. We did the caves, blowhole and chartered a boat for an afternoon. Very impressed with the supermarkets and restaurants. Ann was great in answering all of our needs and questions.

Amazing Villa with Amazing Views and Beach Access

If a great Villa with a private pool, beach access and incredible views is what you\'re looking for, then look no further than Turtle Beach Villa. I chose to celebrate my 50th birthday here, and wasn\'t disappointed. The location was within 15 minutes of the airport and 10 minutes of 7-Mile beach. The villa was spacious with all the necessary amenities; and the hospitality of the property manager made our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here. Fantastic Turtle Beach

We simply loved Turtle Beach and will come back again. Having ocean views and access from all 4 bedrooms is really nice. The large living area was fantastic for our 8 guests. Room for everyone. But the swimming with the sea turtles at Spotts Beach was the best. Occasionally the turtles were right behind our villa in waist deep water. The water was always clear, great visibility. Restaurants nearby were wonderful. Our experience with rental cars, Silver Thatch Charters to the stingrays were pleasant. Everyone was helpful. Penni, our local manager was responsive, helpful and wonderful all around. Kudos to Grand Cayman Villas for recommending the property as we had not initially considered the property. We highly recommend and will come again.

While Grand Cayman is only 22 miles wide, some guests prefer to stay closer to town for day trips to Seven Mile Beach, only 15 minutes from the villa!

Turtle Beach is only 10 minutes from George Town and the beaches on the west coast of the island. 5 minutes from the grocery store and convenient for chefs and personal services to cater to its guests. 

The villa enjoys a very sandy barefoot beach area with amazing views and excellent snorkeling out to the reef.  Walk east to potentially interact with turtles swimming in the shallows! You will see others over at that beach to the east during the daylight hours. 

Seagrass entry from the shore into shallow waters gradually becomes swimmable once the water is deep enough. Perfect for kayaking. 

Guests need to be mindful that this is a marine habitat and should still wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection.

General Grand Cayman Beach Notes

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.

Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. 

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Booking Rules

  • 5 nights minimum stay required.
  • 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
  • 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
  • Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
  • Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the home during the entire stay.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation

All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.

Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
