Fifth Floor Corner Unit
All Meridian condos are maintained to perfection and located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach.
Unit #30 is located on the fifth floor with 1,900 square feet of living space across two bedrooms (king, and two twin beds) each with a private ensuite bath. Unlike other corner units, this one features a wrap-around balcony in addition to the large screened terrace.
All units include a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a screened oceanfront terrace furnished with an outdoor dining set and comfortable loungers.
Satellite TVs are available in the living area and in each bedroom. Each unit is non-smoking and includes a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Daily housekeeping is provided (except on Sundays and holidays) and includes beach and bath towel service.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, free local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada, fitness center access, free underground parking, BBQ grill picnic areas, and an oceanfront freshwater pool with a jacuzzi.
Guests do not need to reserve loungers and chairs with towels early in the morning as there are plenty of them to go around. Beachfront thatched cabanas, beach attendants, and a large grassy pool deck contribute to a "spa-like" atmosphere at the Meridian. Many guests return year after year. Its location is adjacent to a private and heavily landscaped mansion making The Meridian a very secluded location for families.
The Meridian is within walking distance of several restaurants, retail shops, and a large grocery store. Centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, The Meridian puts guests close to all the best Cayman has to offer.

So Relaxing

This was our 5th visit back to The Meridian. The location is so convenient without being crowded. The beach is beautiful. Always plenty of chairs available. Walk to many restaurants. The units are roomy and stocked with everything you need.

Best vacation spot, again
This was my second time at Meridian and my brothers 3rd. Once again, it was great. Rooms were spotless, comfortable with unbeatable views and location. I don’t like to rent cars on vacation and you don’t need one here. We will be back.

Gorgeous Grand Cayman

This was our first time staying at The Meridian, but hopefully won't be our last! Villa 30 was perfect for our family of 4 - very spacious, clean, with attractive furnishings and beautiful ocean views. The location on the beach cannot be beat - oftentimes, we were the only people there, compared to very busy neighboring properties. Very quiet property as well - zero noise issues. We enjoyed having the supermarket across the street, although I understand they are moving it a bit further away. Walking distance to many fantastic restaurants, but we also cooked in, using the grills, a couple of nights. Overall, a 10 out of 10!!

Meridian Redux
Our 4th visit to the Meridian was as wonderful as the first. The condo was spotless and housekeeping was very thoughtful about working with our schedule. The office staff are pleasant,helpful and prompt in addressing any issues. We have been Cayman visitors since 1977. The Meridian is our favorite spot on 7 Mile Beach!

Villa living in CI
The unit was great. Housekeeping did a great job and they where very friendly. The only issue we all had was that the mattress need help or to be rotated. You can’t beat the location. We would book it again.

This was our second trip to the Caymans and we stayed at the Meridian both times. We enjoyed it so much the first time, that we didn’t even consider another place. You can’t beat the location, the views or the condition of the rental. The staff there is excellent and the daily cleaning is meticulous. I highly recommend the Meridian and am looking forward to our return.

- Additional guest fee of $75 per night added for 5th & 7th guests.

- A $375 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Easter weekend.
- A $200 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Christmas & New Year's week.
Booking Rules
- Discover, Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Check-in: 4:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
- Cancellations are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee if received by the time periods outlined below:
- Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec 15): Cancel 30-days or more prior to arrival.
- Winter Stays (Dec. 16 - Apr. 15): Cancel 90-days or more prior to arrival.
- Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2): Cancel 120-days or more prior to arrival.
- If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
