Ground Floor Unit
All Meridian condos are maintained to perfection and located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach.
Unit #3 is located on the ground floor with 1,900 square feet of living space across three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twin beds) each with a private ensuite bath. Easy access to the pool deck and beach makes this unit a big draw.
All units include a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a screened oceanfront terrace furnished with an outdoor dining set and comfortable loungers.
Satellite TVs are available in the living area and in each bedroom. Each unit is non-smoking and includes a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Daily housekeeping is provided (except on Sundays and holidays) and includes beach and bath towel service.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, free local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada, fitness center access, free underground parking, BBQ grill picnic areas, and an oceanfront freshwater pool with a jacuzzi.
Guests do not need to reserve loungers and chairs with towels early in the morning as there are plenty of them to go around. Beachfront thatched cabanas, beach attendants, and a large grassy pool deck contribute to a "spa-like" atmosphere at the Meridian. Many guests return year after year. Its location is adjacent to a private and heavily landscaped mansion making The Meridian a very secluded location for families.
The Meridian is within walking distance of several restaurants, retail shops, and a large grocery store. Centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, The Meridian puts guests close to all the best Cayman has to offer.

Another great year!

We stay here every week if the July 4th holiday and are always thrilled with the experience. This year my growing family stayed in Villa 3 & 12. Both places we clean, spacious and had everything needed for the relaxing get away we are looking for. In Villa 3 I made several meals and found plenty of kitchen equipment for the week. We shop at a local grocery that has everything needed. Towels are provided daily for the beach that is steps away. The sand is pristine and the ocean is so blue and waves are super calm this time of year. I never have any trouble getting in Touch with the office via email. The wi fi worked fine and even reached the beach. We ate a couple different places this year but Calypso always tops the list. This is our 5th year and we will be coming back next year

One of the best resorts on the island by far

This property is BEAUTIFUL and so well kept. The maids were in our room daily cleaning and mopping up after us. Every one was so kind and welcoming. The beach was beautiful and not very busy. I can’t say enough great things about this resort. If you’re questioning it don’t. It’s so worth the money and you won’t be disappointed.

TOTALLY AMAZING!

Booked a 3 bed villa for myself and extended family- was just perfect. Loads of space, privacy, gorgeous outdoor area, large pool, jacuzzi, cabanas etc , lots of bbq and well seated grill areas - and all seconds from stunning Seven Mile Beach . Location perfect as walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars on the strip . Very well maintained clean property .

Happy returns
This is maybe our 10 th stay at the Meridian and each has been better than the last one! It’s location makes walking to all needed places very easy. All of the staff, many of whom are long time employees , go out of their way to be helpful . It’s a terrific place for all ages!

The Best Vacation EVER!

Our vacation rental was at The Meridian. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and had the absolute BEST location. We were footsteps from the pool and beach. The front desk was helpful and friendly and so were the maintenance team. Our family was able to shop and dine at local restaurants and hotels easily and food shop at the market right across the street. I cannot say enough about the location. I cannot wait to return to The Meridian Grand Cayman! It was a vacation to remember!

Good Spot
Very good vacation. The relatively smaller size of the building provide a less chaotic atmosphere than some of the large resorts along the beach.

Perfect for our family

The Meridian has been our favorite for years and Villa 3 is perfect for a family with children. Centrally located, ground floor, riight across from the pool with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean.

- Additional guest fee of $75 per night added for 5th & 7th guests.

- A $375 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Easter weekend.
- A $200 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Christmas & New Year's week.
Booking Rules
- Discover, Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Check-in: 4:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
- Cancellations are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee if received by the time periods outlined below:
- Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec 15): Cancel 30-days or more prior to arrival.
- Winter Stays (Dec. 16 - Apr. 15): Cancel 90-days or more prior to arrival.
- Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2): Cancel 120-days or more prior to arrival.
- If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
