Fourth Floor Unit
All Meridian condos are maintained to perfection and located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach.
Unit #22 is located on the fourth floor with 1,900 square feet of living space across three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twin beds) each with a private ensuite bath.
All units include a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a screened oceanfront terrace furnished with an outdoor dining set and comfortable loungers.
Satellite TVs are available in the living area and in each bedroom. Each unit is non-smoking and includes a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Daily housekeeping is provided (except on Sundays and holidays) and includes beach and bath towel service.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, free local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada, fitness center access, free underground parking, BBQ grill picnic areas, and an oceanfront freshwater pool with a jacuzzi.
Guests do not need to reserve loungers and chairs with towels early in the morning as there are plenty of them to go around. Beachfront thatched cabanas, beach attendants, and a large grassy pool deck contribute to a "spa-like" atmosphere at the Meridian. Many guests return year after year. Its location is adjacent to a private and heavily landscaped mansion making The Meridian a very secluded location for families.
The Meridian is within walking distance of several restaurants, retail shops, and a large grocery store. Centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, The Meridian puts guests close to all the best Cayman has to offer.

Great stay in Condo 22

Fantastic stay at the Meridian in condo 22. It was clean, modern and beautifully decorated. This was our second time visiting the Meridian and it’s a great property and we love the location on Seven Mile beach.

Beautiful
We stayed in Unit 22 for 7 nights. The furnishings are "beautiful". The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was very clean and the housekeeping service was consistent. Because we did not have a car, we were counting on the grocery store to be across the street as stated in the Meridian's site. However, the store has moved about a 15 minute walk from the Meridian. Not convenient. They do offer on-line ordering which saved us, however the wait was 2 days. Suggest you place an order prior to your arrival so it will be there when you arrive. Most restaurants worth going to are not within walking distance to the hotel. Also we had a great breakfast delivery from Island Natural Cafe. Also Chicken Chicken was delicious. The hotel keeps the pool and beach very clean. They also provided a pack and play for our 1 year old. Enjoyed our vacation and hope you do too.

Amazing Stay
Condo #22 was beautiful! Beautifully decorated, seating for all inside and out. Remarkably clean and the kitchen had everything you could need and more! Directly on SMB with amazing views! The beach, pool, and hot tub were also terrific! The best on SMB!

Easy, clean, and excellent location
We booked the Meridian last minute and it was so easy and awesome. The unit was clean, the staff was helpful and the daily housekeeping service was great. Definitely would stay here again.

Grand Cayman family vacation
We loved our vacation rental! It was in a perfect location. We could walk to a local coffee shop and restaurants. The kids spend lots of time on the beach and in the water. The daily maid service was a huge bonus and made us feel very pampered! Overall, it was perfect for our family of 6!

Best vacation ever!

It was our first time to Grand Cayman. Our family schedules a beach vacation every July between school and baseballs seasons. We were referred to Meridian from family members and it was even better than we expected. The privacy of the beach and gorgeous views were breathtaking. We found many great places to eat as well. All of the staff were so nice and accommodating. Can't wait to go back next year.

Fantastic Visit!

We rented two condos during our stay and we were very impressed with both of them, the location, cleanliness, office staff, and the lovely housekeeping staff. Pat was very patient with us during our booking process as we were having people deciding last minute coming or not and for how long so we had to change things a few times.
The location is fabulous and we couldn't have asked for better! The beach is amazing as is the view from the condo. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and it was so nice having the laundry facilities in the condo as well. It was well worth the price for us to be where we were and have what we had available to us in the condo for our family. We will be back!!

The Meridian - a FIVE star experience!

This is our 3rd time staying at The Meridian and once again it was exceptional - all the way from making the reservation until check-out. Not only is the room and property extremely well kept, the entire on-site team are caring, professional and very friendly. The grounds are meticulous and the entire facility is top shelf. Great stay in Grand Cayman

Unit #22 was awesome! Beautiful condo. The master suite is wonderful. We loved sitting on the screened in balcony with a stunning ocean view. The Meridian is just great. it is right across the street from the grocery store and is in a good location overall. The maid service was very good, quick and efficient.

- Add 13% Occupancy Tax & 8% Gratuity to all rates.
- Additional guest fee of $75 per night added for 5th & 7th guests.

- A $375 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Easter weekend.
- A $200 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Christmas & New Year's week.
Booking Rules
- Discover, Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Check-in: 4:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
- Cancellations are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee if received by the time periods outlined below:
- Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec 15): Cancel 30-days or more prior to arrival.
- Winter Stays (Dec. 16 - Apr. 15): Cancel 90-days or more prior to arrival.
- Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2): Cancel 120-days or more prior to arrival.
- If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
