Welcome to Christmas Palms! This spectacular villa sits directly oceanfront in Old Man Bay on the north coast.


The villa's luxurious interiors are complemented by beautiful multi-windowed views, an oceanfront freshwater pool, and--of course--excellent snorkeling just steps off the pool deck. Many coral heads hosting schools of juvenile fish await you! 


The open concept living and kitchen area is the real show stopper here. Stunning ocean views fill the living area where guests can relax on plush couches, or step out directly onto the pool deck to enjoy the Caribbean sun. 


A large full kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances, dishware, cookware, and cutlery for vacationing chefs. Guests can also cookout on the villa's custom-built masonry charcoal grill. A screened porch off the kitchen provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining with beautiful ocean views. 


Christmas Palms includes the sandier lot next door to the east that has a small beach area for private sunbathing.


Exceptional snorkeling can be found directly behind the villa, as well as another 500 yards to the east behind famous Connolly's Cove. Amazing scuba diving is nearby as well.

  • Master Suite: upper-level, ocean views, king bed, walk-out oceanfront balcony, ensuite bath with shower.

  • West Suite: upper-level, ocean views, king bed, walk-out screened balcony, ensuite bath with shower.

  • East Suite: upper-level, ocean views, king bed, walk-out screened balcony, ensuite bath with shower.

  • Twin Bedroom: lower-level, two twin beds (can be converted to a king upon request), walk-out screened porch, shares adjacent half bath.

  • A sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate children or young adults.


Two single kayaks come with the villa and are available for guests to explore the surrounding waters. Alternatively, guests can visit Grand Cayman's newest attraction, Cayman Crystal Caves, which is only half a mile away.


Christmas Palms is located less than 10-minutes away from a grocery store, several restaurants, and water sports providers.

Did Not Disappoint!

Christmas Palms did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we were in love with the view, the pool, and the accommodations. We toured the island daily- exploring all the best tourist attractions and beaches. We ate at many restaurants and highly recommend David\'s Depp Blue Restaurant at Morritt\'s. We had one issue with the AC and Juanita had it fixed immediately. Christmas Palms was a great place to vacation!

Amazing Time

We had an amazing time in the Cayman Islands at Christmas Palms! We saw an eel, a nurse shark, sting ray, lobster, and so many more fish snorkeling on the property! We did the Bioluminescent tour, deep sea fishing and private tour with Sting Ray City- which was so amazing. Grand ole house had incredible food, views and the staff was so friendly. Love Juanita too! One thing that would have been really helpful to already have here is enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher for the whole 7 days for 7 people.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home! Scenery was awesome. Great location. Chisholm\'s was a great grocery store close by. Stingray City and snorkeling is a must! Great food at Tukka\'s East End, Pizza at Kaibo was delicious. Happy Days Charters- Captain Bobby was great A+. Warren Charter Boat through SilverThatch A+. Visit Governor\'s Beach and Cemetery Beach is you can. Beverly Harmony Aesthetics was great for a massage facial in your home. This home was very well equipped with everyone\'s needs. Best vacation! Disappointing

Our primary issue was that the pool did not receive sunlight for the majority of the day (mid January). The photos online do not accurately reflect the current condition of the home i.e. the furniture which is outdated with tacky couch covers. The bed and bedding are uncomfortable and the pillows and towels are past their useful life to say the least. A modest investment would go a long way in comfort.

we chose this home because it has three master bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathroom. that\'s very helpful when traveling with other couples. house was very well equipped, comfortable, and right on the ocean. but we are here in the first week of November. and so the pool is a little bit on the cool side. it would benefit from some pool heat, especially since this is a two-story house and the pool spends most of the day in the shadow of the house. but overall this is a great house. we love the quiet north side of the island. this is a great place to get away from it all.

Amazing place.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was pretty much perfect! We are a family of 5 with kids aged 13, 15 and 17. We all avsolutely loved the villa. Good size, great pool (not too small as we have read in some reviews). We took turns on the hammock, and the kids took the free kayaks out a couple of times. We hired a jeep from Marshalls at the airport which I would strongly recommend. You really need it to make the most of the Island. It is a good 40min drive to the west coast. Some great restaurants....kaibo beach bar near Rum Point, and Tukka in East End both really good. If you get a chance Tillies on 7 Mile Beach at sunset is amazing! Recommend Stingray City (a must) and Starfish Point. Made use of the complimentary snorkel gear provided at Silver Thatch. Housekeeper was great. There was an issue with a socket and she came out of her way to make sure we were happy. Lots of towels at the property and a few inflatables for the pool. If you don\'t know beware...food shopping is VERY expensive! Pre holiday info was very helpful and lots of info at property on what to do. An amazing two weeks in an amazing location. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the Caribbean!

Splendid Staycation

A group of 6 adults stayed at Christmas Palms and it was amazing! The house is lovely, very spacious with ocean views from all rooms and bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own private veranda which was a nice touch. The house was clean upon arrival and a maintenance request was attended to right away. We enjoyed the privacy, as there was no view of neighboring houses. The pool is the perfect size and stayed nice and cool. Bring your water shoes for getting in the ocean. We used the kayaks available and managed to see an eagle ray while kayaking! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Love this side of the island

Great location, great view!

We stayed in July 2019, 4 adults. We enjoy the north side for the quiet. Pool is small (and not very deep) especially if you have more people and kids. The view from the pool is amazing! A/C unit is pre-programmed and set to 79 if you leave doors open or leave. All bdrms upstairs, so depending on your preference for sleeping, it would take a long time to cool back down. The downstairs bedroom does not have easy access to a full bath (all are upstairs). We did not use that bdrm so not an issue for us, but might be an issue for some as all full baths are ensuite so you are going into another bdrm to get to shower. Kitchen is nicely situated, but be aware the inside table is attached to the wall, seating only 4. All others would have to be outside on screened porch. Only one duplex home next door, and it is a bit close. Can't see between due to nice landscaping. Hammock is a joy. Beds are comfortable. Doors to outside can be a bit tricky to learn, but once you get the hang of it, no worries! Grill (charcoal) is very hard to use as it is not covered and the grates are not supported in the middle, so balancing your food is a challenge! Parking is very easy and tons of room for cars with a semi-circle drive.  Really enjoyed Kaibo and Eagle Rays. We also enjoyed watching the lizard family that live at the base of one of the palms by the pool. We really love GC and hope to go back someday!

The only challenge we experienced with the property was getting the fridge to produce ice on a consistent bases. But that has since been replaced.

Just as Advertised

The house was as advertised! The house is very clean, rooms are spacious, the bathrooms large, the pool was great, and the property was beautiful and the house was well supplies for inside and outside. We had 6 adults and 1 child and we had so much space. We had no issues with the air conditioning but you must check doors to be sure they are closed correctly. You will need a car for sure but you can grill and cook at the house as it is totally supplied with dishes, pans, etc. Markets are about 5 minutes in either direction with the bigger market to your left out of the driveway. We had great meals at Rum Point, Kaibo, Over The Edge (great breakfasts) and especially Tukka! Ask for Tido as your waiter at Tukka, he is amazing! Rum Point is where you want to head for the beach every day! It is about 10 minutes from the house. Beautiful beach, great drinks, great lunches. Snorkeling is excellent! We spent all day there for 5 days! Juanita was the house manager, she is the best! Spoke to her before we got there, she answered all our questions and did grocery shopping for us before we got there. She is sweet and gets back to you quickly! Totally recommend Christmas Palms, hopefully we will be back next year! Could say so much more, but you should rent it and see for yourself.

Wonderful Stay!

Property was just as advertised and worked perfectly for our 3 families. The house was very clean upon arrival and had all the amenities we needed. We particularly appreciated the kayaks, life vests and sand toys that had been stored in the outside closet. Booking went very smoothly and being able to ask questions after the process was complete help alleviate the stress of not knowing what to expect. We did not have any problems, although the pool had been cleaned and was not full on our arrival. We met the property manager a few days after arrival as she showed up to check on the house and to see if we had any questions. She and the other house related contractors were all very nice and very helpful. We loved stingray city and the turtle sanctuary. We also enjoyed the beach and food at Rum Point but had to leave star fish point when too many boats arrived playing music too loudly. All in all, we had a great time, the house was perfect, and we are looking forward to another trip to GC in the future. Thank you to all.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Christmas Palms! The view is fantastic and the house handled our family of six adults and three children beautifully. We enjoyed the pool and the small beach area. We really enjoyed our time looking at tidepools for the urchins and eels. The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, yet we had easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. We\'d love to come back.

Beautiful Home Overall!

We loved the home & all the amenities. The kayaks & equipment on hand for swimming was really nice, gorgeous beach paradise & the snorkeling right behind the House was phenomenal! Kitchen was well equipped & home was nice overall. The only complaint we have was the HVAC constantly resetting to 79 degrees when doors were opened or you left. It made the house constantly hot & very uncomfortable the biggest part of our stay since it takes hours to cool back down. It was a constant battle & we felt like for spending $4500 a week we should at least be able to be comfortable during our stay. The upstairs unit quit completely our last 2 nights stay so it was very unpleasant sleeping or showering. If it wasn’t for the hvac I would rate this home 5 stars. It’s really a beautiful setting & otherwise a very comfortable home to stay in. We were a group of 8 & had plenty of room. Loved having 3 master suites! I do understand that electricity is expensive on the island but with this home being in the luxury accommodations price point guests should at least be able to be comfortable during the stay.

Wonderful Stay!!

Had a great week at this fantastic property. Very quiet and secluded. Great snorkeling just steps from the house. A 15 minute drive west to Rum Point and 10 minute drive east to Foster\'s IGA Express grocery - everything you need for shopping and entertainment is close by. We will definitely be back!!

This was an excellent property for a private vacation. House was well maintained and clean. The booking process was smooth. We did not need to contact the on-island property manager but did meet her. She was nice and professional. We enjoyed several restaurants on the east end including the Light House, Italian Kitchen and Kaibo Beach. The best restaurant was Calypso in Georgetown. We would recommend this property.

Beautiful Home and Private Location

We spent a week at Christmas Palms with out family. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and on the northside of the island in particular. The home is well appointed to suit the needs of our family of 7. The beach was nice and we snorkeled off the shore every day. We also went to the resort area of Morritts one day and Rum Point on two other occasions. Would recommend Rum Point to anyone with children ages 2 on up! We are already planning our next trip th Cayman and hope we can stay here again as well!

Very Relaxing Stay!

Loved the infinity pool looking into the ocean. Also loved the sunset views! Fond some nice pool/beach items in the outdoor closet that were a real bonus. We enjoyed snorkeling off the beach and especially at Barefoot Beach and the public beach at Rum Point going in to Cayman Kai. We saw turtles snorkeling at Spott\'s Beach near Savannah. We never grew tired of the view from the central part of the home - the living area and the master bedroom. Tukka is a \"must do\" experience for dinner.

Amazing

Just got back from the best vacation we have had in a while. I can\'t say enough about this house. It was perfect for our family. There were 5 adults and a 7 year old and everyone was happy with their room and the pool was a big hit. The ocean was choppy and very rocky which made it very difficult to get in the water. We preferred going to star fish beach and out with White Sand water sports for Snorkeling and to Sting Ray City. They were great and take you out at 7 am before the cruise ships crowds show up. We used cayman shoppers and our groceries were all there and put away. Eddie was the best. Just call him or email him with a list and he takes care of everything. The house was stocked with paper products and spices so I would wait to see what you need after you get there. There is a small Fosters store not more than a five minute car ride away. It has pretty much what you need. We did drive to a larger one in Savannah for meats and vegetables. Having a washer and dryer was perfect.. Came home to no wash. Note that the bathroom down stair is really a half bath. No shower or tub. Our grandson used one of the ones up stairs to shower. There is a shower outside to rinse off after being in the ocean. The air condition worked fine for us. You just have to keep the doors closed or it will kick into energy mode. There is an upstairs thermostat that can be turned down at night if you get hot. I would highly recommend this house. We have vacationed at quite a few villas and I can say that this was our favorite. working with cayman villas made it easy. No hidden fees to deal with and they will answer any questions you may have. I will go back Traveling group: Extended Family Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Yes.

This place was just as the pictures show. My husband went to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary with our sons (one with wife and our 11 years old granddaughter, the other\'s girlfriend) and we couldn\'t have picked a better place. My husband and sons even surprised me with a Vowal Renewal Ceremony and the backyard scenary was beautiful.

Beautiful Views, Lovely Home

Located on the north side of the Island, it was very quiet and peaceful. Right on the beach, with great views and good snorkeling just steps from the patio door. The home is lovely with 3 master suites upstairs and a 4th bedroom downstairs. Kitchen is well stocked with the necessities (dishes, pots, utensils and sharp knives!). Plenty of bath and beach towels provided.

Awesome Vacation

We stayed at the Christmas Palms in July 2013. The house was as advertised. Perfect location if you want to stay away from seven mile beach but close enough to do day trips to the turtle farm, shopping, etc. Very close to Rum Point which my husband and I and 5 teenagers enjoyed. Snorkeling right out back was perfect as well. Bring water shoes as there is sharp coral when getting into the water. Amazing sunsets. The only issue was that it took a long time for the upstairs to cool down at night, other than that the house was great and we all enjoyed the pool. Great Crib in the Cayman Islands

We loved our stay at Christmas Palms. I am the owner of Tahoe Destination Vacation Rentals in South Lake Tahoe, California.I also own and rent a home In Costa Rica. So its very important for me to have a comfortable and clean home. This was all that plus some. We were given excellent service with the property manager of this home and the Owner of this home. The rental process was easy and the communication of where things are and what to do was great! We had a small issue with the air, but was fixed quickly. I love the idea of the auto shut down of the air-conditioning for the home. I know what its like to get a $1000 bill for air in a tropical island that charges 4 x the amount from what we pay in the states from Renters who have no idea the cost,or of what it takes to own a home in the tropics. We loved the location because we are divers and dove with Ocean Frontiers which is less then 15 minutes away. Rum Point is close and really some of the best food/fish we have had traveling the world. Easy to get to 7 mile if you need the rat race of people, we did both, relaxed at the home, and then visited the other side of the island. Thank you Jenny for a great home and allowing us to enjoy our vacation with our Friends. We did bring our own meat into the country as we do in Costa Rica, it will save you a lot of money. Food is not cheap on the island. Look up the rules online. Just a side note, Ocean waters brings sugar ants, They are everywhere in the world, they do spray for them but sometimes you just can\'t get rid of all of them. Enjoy the views and the sunsets!

"An amazing vacation escape"

The house is as billed in the photos, plenty of room for us (3 adults and 3 kids) The pool (small) was a must with kids as the beach is very full of coral - which is fine as long as you brought water shoes, we were prepared! The first few days were windy, but we had many adventures around the island but couldn\'t really snorkel or kayak in front of our house because the waves. Last few days it let up and was awesome. (lots of places to go, you must rent a car) We made a lot of meals at the house and generally went out for lunch, occasional dinner with the kids, the kitchen was nice and well equipped. We felt very safe, which was nice. We loved the island, the people who rented us the house were fine, never saw them but didn\'t need to, everything worked well. You can fish right out front, my husband and son had a great time catching bonefish, and we saw thousands of other species of fish. We loved the house and would rent again. For us it was great, for someone who wants to be in the midst of it all, not the place for you. It didn\'t feel remote, just not overcrowded. The booking process was excellent, the people were really heads up.

Very relaxing and quiet

The house was excellent. The location is what I would call central. We\'re not big touristy people so Christmas Palms was perfect. We\'ve been to the Island before so we just enjoyed or accommodations. Shopped in town for all our needs and only left the house because we had to.

Luxury home on secluded Cayman Island coast

My wife, two teenage daughters and myself spent a week at Christmas Palms during the spring break of 2012. The house was designed perfectly for this secluded spot on the beach on the North side of the island so that there are fabulous views of the Carribean from every point in the house. The back veranda around the pool and beach is about as private as one could hope to find anywhere. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people and was perhaps more than the four of us needed but we really enjoyed the extra space and the quiet times spent around the house reading, cooking and lounging about. The location is well off the beaten path and the traffic on the North Island road is next to nothing at all hours of the day; however, you are located only minutes away from the Lighthouse and Rum Point, two of the islands best restaurants. There are vacant wooded lots on both sides of the house that provide a secure sense of comforting isolation. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals and the screened-in area by the pool is great for serving meals. We found snorkling on the beach to be a challenge as the reef at this particular location is a bit of a swim and the surf is high near the shore. This is really a fantastic place and we hope to return one day.

Christmas Palms - a Cayman Paradise!!

This rental property is absolutely fabulous. It\'s beautifully decorated, very spacious and has all the needed amenities. It\'s located directly on the beach - only steps away from a memorable snorkeling experience. It\'s an approximate 30 minute drive from the airport to its location on the North side. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 mile radius - all of which provided us with a wonderful dining experience. If you\'re looking for a little seclusion and/or to getaway from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown this is the perfect location!!!

Peaceful Paradise

Christmas Palms and the owner were perfect. Everythign was in order when we arrived. Very clean and equipted. The location was in a perfect part of the island where we got the best weather. Gentle breezes every afternoon as it got hotter in other parts of the island, we stayed very comfortable. Close enough to the action but remote enough to feel private. It was one of our best vacations ever.

Amazing, Beautiful and Private!

If you don\'t want to stay in a busy condo on a noisy road on seven mile beach (not to mention share the pool with hundreds of other people... eww), stay on the northside! Christmas palms is so beautiful and quiet. Three couples can share this house easily. the property is easy to find and close enough to rum point and east end on the other side (both about 20 min drives) and seven mile beach is not as far as it looks... we never minded the drive. you can\'t see your neighbors (unless you start walking down the beach far enough, obviously) the beach is full of coral but if you get out on the sea kayak you can get to mediocre snorkeling. take a trip out snorkeling on the east end with a boat, it\'s worth it!! the pool is great- doesn\'t have any harsh chemicals in it. warning- no modern grill! the grill is actually a small fire-pit with grate. we made it work just make sure you buy some charcoal. the pictures of this house are very accurate- we\'d stay here again!

Spent 3 months on an extended vacation at Christmas Palms in Grand Cayman. Amazing location, the best view, comfiest beds and a very well appointed house made this a great stay. Waking up to the sound of the Caribbean sea is just a joy. Having the Over the Edge restaurant so close serving breakfast, lunch and dinner was so convenient too. The owner of the villa is a wonderful and literally couldn\'t have been more helpful during our stay. The snorkelling off the back of the property was great and we managed to get out to the drop off a few times to see manta ray, parrot fish - all sorts. Kitchen well appointed, out door dining room was a real plus as well - highly, highly recommend.

Lovely Home on a beautiful island!

This is a lovely house. There is a small pool out back with fun pool toys. The kitchen is well-equipped and there\'s a large tv in the living area. You\'ll definitely need beach shoes for anyone going into the ocean as there are many sea urchins in the ocean behind the house. All the rooms have great views which is very unusual. The home is in a well-secure location and we felt safe taking walks, biking, and riding around. There are many good restaurants on the North Side and you are very close to the stingray sandbar which is a must visit for all in your party. The home is about a 30-40 mile drive to 7 Mile Beach and in a laid back area. You will really love this house!

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful. Six adults and one child had plenty of room in the house. Really enjoyed the fact that there were three king suites, so no fighting over who got the \"good\" room! Only complaint would be some minor maintenance items. There were a large number of burned out light bulbs - we ended up buying some at the store and replacing them ourselves. The back door latch was also broken for the entire week we were there. Those minor items didn\'t detract from the great views and the roomy house. Especially enjoyed that the house was on the north side. Very secluded, and absolutely beautiful sunrises & sunsets!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Christmas Palms. Even the teenagers loved it! We found all the information sent to us very helpful and it really allowed us to plan some great activities and made our vacation so much better. Having all the links provided us with an opportunity to maximize our trip by knowing a lot of information before we even landed. For example, we arrived on a Sunday and all the grocery stores were closed but knowing this in advance means we ordered groceries on line and they were stocked in the fridge on our arrival. Details like that make for a much more relaxing vacation (especially for the Mums!) The home was spotless on arrival and the location was amazing. It was a quiet enough street that the kids could go exploring by themselves, but just a few minutes to Rum Point and some great snorkeling and water activities. We enjoyed the quiet location and beach only a few steps away. This was our first trip to Caymans and we were so impressed by everything - the amazing people, beautiful landscape and the wonderful and always accessible beach. We have already booked for next year.

Fabulous pool and sunset views of the ocean.

Loved the infinity pool just a few yards from the ocean - it\'s small, but very relaxing. Never grew tired of the view from the central part of the house - every time I walked into the living room area or the master bedroom, it took my breath away. Gorgeous sunsets that differed every night. Snorkeling right behind the house was nice, but tide-dependent - if it\'s low tide, it\'s easy to scrape against the coral. We enjoyed the snorkeling at the adjacent Queen\'s Monument area, at Barefoot Beach (few miles to the east) and along the north side of Rum Point more than right behind the house. Didn\'t end up using the kayaks at the house for the same reason - we\'re novice kayakers and I didn\'t trust my ability to stay out of the rocky areas near shore without damaging the kayaks. Construction didn\'t really bother us for 9 of the 10 days we were there; they didn\'t work on Sundays, and they were noisy only 1 day. Lots of pool toys (floats, noodles) and beach gear (pails, umbrellas, citronella torches) available in the outdoor closet. House is fairly well stocked with kitchen equipment and elsewhere, but it definitely has the feel of a house that has always been rented, never lived in. Beds were VERY comfortable - we all slept very well. Only the master bedroom has direct ocean views - the other bedrooms have porches and more distant views of the sea. Bathrooms were large; showers nice. Wished the master bath had 2 sinks, and all the bathrooms could use more towel hooks. We like this side of the island, having stayed in the East End on a prior trip, so we were happy to enjoy our favorite spots like Tukka and Eagle Ray\'s again. I\'ve rented about a dozen houses in various places over the years, usually through VRBO, and I\'d have to say that Grand Cayman Villas and Condos is the best rental agent I\'ve ever dealt with - rapid and informative communication and extra perks like the Silver Thatch discount card.

With a central location on the island, the homes in Old Man Bay offer perhaps the best shore diving and snorkeling on all of Grand Cayman. The beaches are mostly sand, but can also be pebbly with natural rock formations. Either way, with the varied marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection.

The beaches here offer great seashell collecting and turtle sightings in summer! Old Man Bay is only 5 minutes from 2 large resorts in the east end (Morritt's and The Reef) that offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a modern grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a cafe/pastry shop. Cayman Crystal Caves is also located in Old Man Bay.

Heading west, Kurt's Korner is a local restaurant within walking distance, as is Over the Edge about one mile away. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at reasonable prices.

About 15 minutes to the west of Old Man Bay is the famous Rum Point Club with water sports, restaurant and bar, a gift shop, and a barefoot beach with table service.

General Grand Cayman Beach Notes

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.

Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. 

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Lower Occupancy Discounts

Owner offers lower rates for fewer guests:

  • Groups of 6 or fewer guests, staying over non-holiday nights, receive a discount of $50 off the daily rate. 
  • Unoccupied bedrooms will be locked off for the duration of your stay.

Occupancy Discounts are automatically applied against the full base rent when entering your dates and number of guests.  

Booking Rules

  • 5 nights minimum stay required.
  • 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
  • 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
  • Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire directly with your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
  • Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation

All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.

Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
