Welcome to Bit of Heaven! This bright 3-bedroom, 3-bath beachfront cottage epitomizes tropical island living in the resort neighborhood of Cayman Kai. 


Upon entering Bit of Heaven, your eyes can't help but be drawn through the family room wall of sliding glass doors across the screened sunroom and out to the shimmering blue water. Coconut palm trees, a thatched beach cabana with Adirondack chairs, sun loungers, and a seaside hammock all beckon you to kick back and relax upon your private tropical white sand beachfront. 


This two-story beach house features 2 bedroom suites on the main level and a master suite spanning the entire upper floor. Work from home professionals will enjoy with villa's upgraded fiber internet connection providing reliable speeds and increased bandwidth for multiple users and streaming devices at once.


The first-floor layout includes a full-width screened sunroom with walk-out access from the family room. Two bedroom suites are located on opposite sides of the villa each with walk-out access to the sunroom. The kitchen overlooks the family room and comes complete with modern appliances and a breakfast bar.


The spacious master suite spans the entire upper level with a private oceanfront screened terrace and open-air sun deck with two chaise lounges. Guests are reminded to respect the villa's non-smoking policy which includes all screened areas and outdoors.

  • Master Suite: upper-level, oceanfront, king bed, ensuite bath with soaking tub and separate shower, private screened terrace, walk-out access to an open-air sun deck with 2 sun loungers, room for a crib or rollaway bed upon request.

  • Queen Suite: main level, oceanfront, queen bed, ensuite bath with combination tub and shower, walk-out access to the screened sunroom, large closet.

  • Double Suite: main level, oceanfront, 2 full beds (sleeping either 2 adults or 4 children), ensuite bath with shower and access to a private outdoor shower, walk-out access to the screened sunroom, large closet.

The Perfect Villa! What an AMAZING Cayman Vacation Home!

We recently traveled to the Cayman Islands for a birthday vacation. The moment we arrived at Bit of Heaven, we were completely in LOVE! The villa itself is perfect - it is clean, organized, beautiful, and has everything you could ever need. From the spectacular views, to the comfortable bedrooms, to the amazing dishes, appliances, tables, indoor/outdoor patios, hammocks, terrace, BBQ... they even have Netflix, tons of inflatables for the water, endless wine glasses (and a Ninja blender for margaritas!) and SUPER comfy couches! The villa was exactly what we wanted... it is really spacious, so much room for 6+ people (there was only 4 of us, we had SO much room!). We fell in love with this place, and you can tell the owners really care about it, and take care of everything. We even fell in love with Blackie the outdoor cat that comes by to visit and hang out - the sweetest little cat in the world! We can't wait to come back and stay at Bit of Heaven again. Truly a fabulous villa in the most fabulous area of the Cayman Islands! 5+ Star!

PERFECTION!!!

Bit of Heaven was absolute perfection for our family! The house offered us everything we needed and we had an amazing vacation. The house was super clean and offered each family member their own private bathroom and patio space. There were several extra blow-up mattresses located throughout the house, so there's no need to rent additional mattresses if you're needing extra beds for small children who will be sharing the room with you! The neighbors were super friendly and it's located on a very quiet street. It was walking distance to Kaibo which was awesome if we wanted to take the kids over to the beach and enjoy drinks/snacks while the kids played. We have young children, so it was perfect being located within the inlet where the ocean water is very quiet and shallow. We didn't have to worry about our kids being knocked down by large waves! My daughter loved the kitty that comes around outside and we fed her everyday. We will definitely stay there again, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation home! We want to thank the Visitor Center for providing us with the essentials for our children (high chairs, pack-n-plays), Marshalls Rent a Car for providing complimentary car seats, Tourin' Tots for allowing us to rent additional baby related items (baby bouncer) and Fosters for delivering groceries directly to the house (and a thank you to the visitor center employee who met Fosters at the house and put away our groceries before we arrived). Traveling with small children is a huge ordeal but this is exactly why my husband and I love Grand Cayman...they are the most family friendly tourist destination we have ever visited and will continue to visit for years to come!!!

Bit of. Heaven Indeed!

Bit of Heaven was wonderful spot for our family of five to spend the Christmas holiday. The ideal location within short walking distance of Kaibo and Rum Point, spacious master, comfortable furnishings, and well-equipped cook’s kitchen were all perfect for our family’s needs. But the backyard setting was the crown jewel of the property, featuring a sandy beach opening out onto the tranquil bay with various seating options, offering both shade and sun: a generous screened porch, a palapa with chairs and a table, hammocks, and deck chairs. We loved having our own private beach with an expansive view of the beautiful water. A very special place.

PERFECT!

This place was wonderful. Location was pretty far from the hustle and bustle of the city and 7 mile beach, it was PERFECT for quiet and peaceful get-a-way. The beach was perfect for the small children in the family with NO waves and undertow. Safe, beautiful place. Loved the place!!

If you like to be away from the tourist area this is a great location. Kitchen is well stocked for cookware and dishes. Great back porch and beach. If the mattresses had been firmer and down pillows on beds it would have been perfect. But we definitely recommend and we will be back.

Best Beach

Second time staying at this property and we love it! The beach at this villa is incredible, view is amazing and plenty of chairs, cabana shade, hammocks, etc. The infinity doors make the house truly special, doubling the indoor living space. Perfect for our family of five.

Bit of Heaven - For Sure

The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Each room has its own access to the enclosed patio. The house sits on a bay which is perfect for kayaking or SUP, but I wouldn’t advise snorkeling. The water remains shallow throughout the bay, but not good to wade in due to jellyfish (I’m not sure if they are common at all times). Lots of starfish to be seen! Rum point felt remote especially since the area still hasn’t fully opened, but we appreciated how relaxing it was and how it felt like we had the whole bay to ourselves! We would recommend and would stay again!

Bit of heaven is accurate. But I\'d first like to thank the property owners, management team, and booking team that really made this dream trip possible. Travelling out of the country was tough and Jim and the grand Cayman villas team was there to help along the way. The property is perfect. Our section of beach was pristine. Opens perfectly to the most amazing views. Traditional style beach house with everything you need. Even the chopping knives were sharp. So very happy with our desicion to stay here

Beautiful Sunsets Endless Views

Bit of Heaven does not disappoint. Perfect for my family of 5. When you open up the sliding patio doors to the screened patio the house doubles in size and feels incredibly roomy. The views are endless, overlooking the calm bay. A quick paddle over to Starfish Point or the Bioluminescent Bay. Also a short walk to Kaibo Yacht Club for drinks or dinner. Love this location! Peaceful and quiet. Incredible views of sunset. Jim from Grand Cayman Villas did an excellent job of communicating with us the island opened up post pandemic. Silver Thatch concierge services were also outstanding! My only complaint we the frequent Covid tests required by the Cayman government, which were scheduled at an inconvenient time of noon. We will be back!

Bit Of Heaven enjoys a beautiful barefoot white sand beach and northwestern sunset views facing the Stingray Sandbar. One can walk all the way down to Starfish Point about a mile away. 

The Kaibo is only a short walk from the villa and is an excellent place to grab a morning coffee, casual lunch, or elegant dinner in their upstairs dining area. 

The Kaibo also has a marina where many private charters will collect guests for deep-sea fishing trips, snorkel safaris, or charters to Stingray City.

General Grand Cayman Beach Notes

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.

Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. 

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Booking Rules

  • Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation

All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.

Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
