Complimentary beach umbrella and chair service is reserved exclusively for resort guests. The resort's infinity pool with submerged ledge loungers has been upgraded with pool heat, making it an ideal destination for winter stays. Plus, our new on-site restaurant and bar, Blue Flame, is now open, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Policies
- A 3-night minimum stay is required year-round.
- A 5-night minimum stay is required over Thanksgiving week.
- A 7-night minimum stay is required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Shorter stays, if available, may incur a departure cleaning fee
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
- Pets are not permitted in Rum Point Resort, however;
- Service animals are permitted in the resort, residences, and restaurants.
- Service animal documentation must be approved at least seven days before check-in.
- The entire resort is 100% non-smoking.
- A US$ 1,000 remediation fee will be charged for smoking in rooms.
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM; Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be submitted by email to reservations@rumpointresort.com.
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking, no processing fee.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, will receive a full refund, minus a $200 cancellation/admin fee.
- If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the rent and resort fee will be forfeited, but CI taxes will be refunded to the card on file.
- No refunds for shortened stays with cancellation period.
- We highly recommend adding Travel Insurance to your reservation.
