Rate Details
- All rates are in US$
- 13% Occupancy Tax & 10% Service Fee added to all rates.
- A refundable damage deposit of US$500 is held until 7 days after departure.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
Booking Rules
- Check-in: 4:00 pm.
- Check out: 11:00 am.
- Guests must be 23 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Minimum Stay Rules
- 3-night minimum stays April 15 – November 15.
- 5-night minimum stays November 16 – April 14 (exception below).
- 7-night minimum stay December 18 – January 3
Deposit
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy.
- A refundable damage deposit of US$500 is held until 7 days after departure.
- Guests must be at least 23 years old to stay at SeaDreams.
Additional Terms
- All units are non-smoking.
- No pets are permitted on the property.
- No parties, weddings, etc. are allowed on the property without prior written consent.
- We ask that all guests be considerate while enjoying the pool. While enjoying their oceanfront balcony, please keep noise to a minimum with no outdoor music played.
